She holds over twenty years of experience in global consulting, corporate finance, and entrepreneurship. Jennifer's passion is dissecting business issues, piecing together complex operational puzzles, and guiding leaders through a multifaceted approach. She sees the full picture through a creative and strategic lens that benefits her clients. For this reason, some refer to Jennifer as a "financial flashlight". 

Jennifer is the author of the award-winning book, Align Your Business with the Real You, which explores how purpose, authenticity, and strategic clarity can transform your business, and your life. This strategic tool serves as both a guide and a reflection of the holistic, human-centered approach she brings to every client engagement.

Education

Jennifer's holds a BS in Business Administration (Finance) from Villanova University. She earned certificates in Sustainable Business Strategy, Business Analytics, and Global Business from Harvard Business School Online. Additionally, Jennifer is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

Value of Experience

Jennifer served as Vice President of Operational Analysis at Community Education Centers, a private equity-owned organization. As a senior management team member, Jennifer played an instrumental role handling essential parts of a turnaround strategy in preparation for sale to a strategic buyer. She also launched and led the company’s Project Management Organization (PMO), while steering the Operational Analysis service area.

Jennifer had many measurable successes during her tenure with the company. These included directing a company-wide turnaround work-out, cost-out initiative, exceeding the goal by 40 percent, ultimately increasing the company’s transactional value 10 times.

Jennifer discovered her interest in turnaround work as the acting CFO of Zolfo Cooper, a national turnaround, restructuring, and interim management firm.

Before transitioning into corporate finance roles, Jennifer was second in command in the New York valuation consulting practice at Marsh & McLennan.

Jennifer was instrumental in building a New York valuation services practice at Duff & Phelps.

Jennifer’s career started in the Financial Advisory Services consulting group at PricewaterhouseCoopers. There, she learned many skills applied in subsequent projects.

Jennifer is community focused, participating in various nonprofit support activities.

Currently, Jennifer is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), including the national and New York City chapters, and the Morris County Chamber of Commerce. As the Chair of the Morris County Chamber of Commerce Entrepreneur Roundtable, Jennifer facilitates dynamic strategic discussions that aim to improve outcomes for startups, solopreneurs, and small businesses.

Previously, Jennifer served as a Board Member for Dress for Success Northern New Jersey and was honored at their 2018 gala for her contributions to the organization. She also dedicated five years as an executive mentor for the Leadership Program at Seton Hall University's Stillman School of Business.
