After more than two decades of experience across global consulting, corporate finance, business transformation, and entrepreneurship, she recognized a pattern: businesses thrive when their strategy reflects how their leaders think, make decisions, and create value. This insight inspired her award-winning book, Align Your Business with the Real You, and the development of The Real You Business Model^SM.

Today, Jennifer works with purpose-driven leaders to create greater alignment between how they lead and how their businesses operate. Professional Experience

Community Education Centers

Jennifer served as Vice President of Operational Analysis at Community Education Centers, a private equity-owned organization. As a senior management team member, Jennifer played an instrumental role handling essential parts of a turnaround strategy in preparation for sale to a strategic buyer. She also launched and led the company’s Project Management Organization (PMO), while steering the Operational Analysis service area.

Jennifer had many measurable successes during her tenure with the company. These included directing a company-wide turnaround work-out, cost-out initiative, exceeding the goal by 40 percent, ultimately increasing the company’s transactional value 10 times.

Jennifer's holds a BS in Business Administration (Finance) from Villanova University. She earned certificates in Sustainable Business Strategy, Business Analytics, and Global Business from Harvard Business School Online. Additionally, Jennifer is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

Community Impact & Small Business Support

Jennifer is committed to supporting entrepreneurs and strengthening the communities they serve. Through JLM & Associates Consulting, LLC and her volunteer work, she contributes her strategic expertise to help small businesses navigate challenges, seize opportunities, and grow with confidence.

Jennifer is an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the Morris County Chamber of Commerce. As Chair of the Chamber's Entrepreneur Roundtable, she facilitates strategic discussions that help entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, and small business owners exchange ideas, solve problems, and strengthen their businesses.

Her community involvement has also included serving as a Board Member for Dress for Success Northern New Jersey, where she was recognized for her contributions at the organization's 2018 gala, and spending five years as an executive mentor in the Leadership Program at Seton Hall University's Stillman School of Business.
